Client: PrairieFresh Premium Pork is a division of the giant Seaboard Foods conglomerate, and is the largest, American-owned pork producer. Headquartered in a suburb of Kansas City, PrairieFresh sells fresh and processed products such as chops, bacon and ham to restaurants and grocery stores.
Challenge: Seaboard Foods publishes a monthly magazine for its employees. Their marketing director asked me to write an article on how packaging influences meat purchases, and how Seaboard’s labeling makes it easier for consumers to make choices.
Solution: I synthesized all the marketing research and wrote a concise, informative, readable article.
