Client: John Deere is the second oldest corporation in the country and the premier manufacturer of large and small ag machinery and parts / attachments. I was an agricultural machinery copywriter for the Parts / Services Department.
Challenge: John Deere’s planting equipment and technology expertise was being challenged. New ag companies were starting to capture market share by releasing tempting, new alternatives. Some of their ads hinted that Deere ‘s solutions were outdated.
Solution: We generated a powerful new brochure that addressed how cutting edge Deere’s planting solution lineup really was. It also hammered home Deere’s big advantage over these new companies – one-stop shopping with a complete line of planting parts, attachments and technology.
