Client: American Cablevision was an early cable company that served mid-size Midwestern cities like Indianapolis and Kansas City.
Challenge: American Cablevision wanted to solicit more business by targeting 1.) prospects whose houses were already wired for cable and 2.) those with homes not cable ready. Because this client sent out a lot of direct mail, audiences were a bit jaded. We needed to do something provocative.
Solution: I concepted and wrote copy for two mailers that used personification to capture the attention of the target audiences and keep them reading.
